70 Series Twin Screw TMR Mixers
TMR Manufacturing's 70 Series Twin Heavy Duty Vertical TMR Mixers are built heavier than the majority of our competition. All 70 Series twin screw models are available in side discharge and front discharge.
Models range from 500 cubic feet to 1,000 cubic feet in capacity. The twin screw models boast a 3/4" thick floor (5/8" on the 70500TW), 1/4" thick walls. Screw flighting thickness ranges from 5/8" screw flighting on models up to 750 cubic feet and 3/4" screw flighting on models over 750 cubic feet. All 70 Series twin screw models also boast a heavy 5" x 7" x 3/8" wall tube frame. Add to that twin Italian built planetary gearbox and you have a machine that stands about the competition. the standard Digi-Star EZ2500V scale provides a complete mix ratio experience.
The 70 Series Single Screw Vertical TMR Mixers are available in left hand or right hand side and front discharge models. Other discharge points are available as special order. All mixers feature standard discharge magnets, retention knives in the wall, hydraulic actuated doors and hay retention chains.
TMR Manufacturing offers 3 standard discharge conveyor options. Choose from a 36", 48", or 60" discharge conveyor length. Other lengths are available as special order items. The front discharge models come standard with a 24" kick-up conveyor.
All 70 Series mixers come with a 1 year limited parts and labor warranty for peace of mind.
