60 Series "Mini" Mixers
TMR Manufacturing's 60 Series "Mini" Vertical TMR Mixers offer versatility that is second to none.
Standard sizes of 75 cubic feet and 100 cubic feet capacities and special capacities up to 200 cubic feet for most 60 Series models.
The 60 Series mixers are a single screw, left hand or right hand side slide discharge machines featuring standard discharge magnets, retention knives in the wall, hydraulic or electrically actuated doors and almost any imaginable powerplant options. Add the optional Digi-Star EZ2500V scale for a complete mix ratio experience.
Our "Mini" Mixers are built with the same gauge steel as most of our competitors' large mixers. This nets a durable, compact machine that will last for many years.
Our newest feature to the line is the standardization of the tubs and frames, allowing any 75 or 100 cubic feed tub to go on any 60 series frame. This allows the machines to grow with the farming operation or easily upgrade the mounting for a new piece of machinery.
All 60 Series mixers come with the same one-year limited parts and labor warranty as our full size models.
6075SK & 6100SK
The 6075SK & 6100SK models operate by a skidloader's auxiliary hydraulics. Attached to the accessory mounting plate, the SK models feature a machine mounted hydraulic speed control, a cab mounted door actuator, a front safety step and handle to aid access to the skidloader's cab, and front caster wheels to help balance the load. Add an optional front view camera to virtually remove forward blind spots and to enhance safety.
6075ST & 6100ST
The 6075ST & 6100ST stationary mixers have the most versatile powerplant options, including 480 volt/230 volt 3 phase direct drive or hydraulic drive, 230 volt single phase hydraulic drive, 22 HP Honda 4-stroke engine powered hydraulic drive, 540 RPM PTO drive, and tractor supplied hydraulic drive. Door control options are hydraulic or electric. Special drive options, such as using an existing powerplant, are available. TMR Manufacturing also supplies conveyor systems for our stationary mixers, designed especially for each space.
6075HE & 6100HE
The 6075HE & 6100HE are powered by a 22 HP Honda 4-stroke engine and feature complete on-board hydraulic. These models are trailer mounted for easy maneuverability. The "HE" mixes are perfect for pulling behind small tractors, UTVs, ATVs or any other vehicle without a PTO or hydraulic. The powerful Honda engine drives a hydraulic pump to power the screw through a high flow hydraulic motor, #80H roller chain and sprockets. Door control is tongue mounted standard, remote mounted as an option.
6075PTO & 6100PTO
The 6075PTO & 6100PTO units are trailer mounted mixers operated off a 540 RPM PTO. This model is truly a miniature version of our large TMR mixers. These mixers utilize a small gearbox to transmit the PTO shaft power to a sprocket and #80H roller chain setup. The door is controlled by the tractor hydraulics.

- Mobile mounted or tongue mounted hydraulic door controls to operate our actuated doors
